EPDM Foam Pad  |  E3035 Series  — Closed-Cell Thermal Cushioning

Sheet / Roll Available  /  Custom Size
1. Product Description

E3035 is a closed-cell EPDM (Ethylene Propylene Diene Monomer) foam pad engineered for thermal insulation and mechanical cushioning in energy storage systems (ESS) and battery pack assemblies. Its uniform closed-cell structure provides excellent compression resilience, low water absorption, and outstanding flame retardancy. The material maintains stable mechanical and thermal properties across a wide operating temperature range, making it well-suited for demanding battery module environments. Standard sheet size: 1000mm × 2000mm; custom thickness and die-cut shapes available.

2. Key Features
Closed-cell structure — low water absorption (<5%)
Flame retardant — ≤100 mm/min (GB8410, T≥6mm)
High tensile strength (>800 kPa)
Excellent elongation at break (>160%)
Good thermal insulation — 0.06±0.02 W/(m·K)
High temperature dimensional stability (<5% shrinkage at 70°C)
Compatible with battery pack assembly processes
Custom thickness and die-cut shapes available
