Aramid Insulation Paper (青稞纸)  |  6 Thickness Options: 0.10 – 0.48 mm

Electrical Insulation  /  High Mechanical Strength  /  Thermal Resistance up to 120°C
1. Product Description

Aramid insulation paper (commonly known as 青稞纸 / Nomex-type paper) is a high-performance electrical insulation material widely used in battery pack assembly, motor winding, and power electronics. It offers excellent dielectric breakdown strength, stable mechanical properties in both machine direction (MD) and cross direction (XD), and reliable performance at elevated temperatures up to 120°C. Available in six standard thicknesses from 0.10 mm to 0.48 mm with tight dimensional tolerances of ±0.02 mm, it is suitable for a broad range of insulation and structural applications in energy storage systems.
